Is it true ?
While I was watching t,v I heard a very interesting fact. Asparagus originates from Greece .Nothing terribly interesting in that . but, what I did find interesting was that its roots go down 5ft. I think that sounds incredible . I had an asparagus bed ,two houses ago but never dug any up !!

That's interesting, I would have never known that. However it can grow quite tall so maybe it would need to go that far into the ground to support it, especially if it isn't cut when it should be.
