I love the "beach" scene ....... just the type of thing I'd like to attempt some day but whether it would be in this lifetime lol!
Yummmm, apple jelly! I used to upturn a dining chair onto another and suspend my muslin bag on the legs of the chair just to let it drip all night - no squeezing, no cloudiness just delightful apple jelly.
