Remedy needed

Does anyone have a remedy for when you have almost knocked yourself out , gardening . Today I am hopeless . No energy . No appetite for elevensis or even lunch . I have just had 2 shredded wheat and a banana hoping carbs would act as a pick me up .

After getting the garden sorted I intended to sew today, oh! best laid plans and all that . I don't even have the energy to thread the needle .
I shall just sit and settle in with a country living magazine and let the rest of the day float by.

Sounds as if you have done too much and you body needs to replenish it's self.
Take it easy today, tomorrow should be a better day.

You sound as though you have found the remedy, enjoy your break and remember, there is always another day after all tomorrow is not even touched yet.

You sound like me,LOL. Try a little peanut butter or a handful of peanuts. It usually works for me.
Take a break, it isn't going anywhere.
Hugs,
Pat

Letting the rest of the day float by sounds like a pretty good plan to me........the gardens' looking very pretty.

Long hot bath with nice oils helps my aches when I've done too much in the garden. A day of rest too.

I think we all have the same bug. I wore myself out digging in the garden yesterday while hubby watched cricket. Couldn't sleep last night and then today had to shop and cook for my aged parents. This afternoon I feel like nothing on earth! Tonight I'm supposed to be chairing my writer's group meeting but I lost my voice a week and a half ago and it hasn't returned from its hiding place yet. I'm sure tomorrow you'll feel much better. I'm waiting for Friday as we're visiting said parents tomorrow and there will be lots to do.
