It's not an error it is your interpretation of the pattern. It looks so pretty. Patricia

The error, The barber shop sq,sround the side ,the pattern said 1 7/8 inch sq,s I cut mine 2" so I could square them up after stitching. Before I got around to trimming the sq,s a neighbour came to see me , I got side tracked, so when she had gone I resumed putting the tablemat together , but, I hadn,t trimmed the little sq,s back to 1 7/8 inch . rather than make another 32 little sq,s I added a piece all around the centre stitching ,There is a lesson here --even 1/8 of an inch will throw your pattern into chaos--cottonreel

Just such a little learning experience makes your project your own! It is beautiful, and not a soul would have noticed! Focus on the good, leave the bad where it belongs, unnoticed. Your blog is wonderful. I especially like the black and white quilt with the branches! It is georgous! -Cori

Hello Cottonreel
Thank you for finding me, as it meant in turn I found you! :)
What a beautiful blog, and what amazing amount of art work you have created.
I LOVE Cyprus, and we go out quite often.
Have a great day.
