This Week

Last night I finished my zig zag quilt , it is hand quilted to the 9th degree . I do like it very much , very scrappy but in the style of a cottage quilt

This is the snow outside my front door at 6 this morning . It is now 10 15 am and still snowing and drifting .
I had porridge for my breakfast to keep out the winter chill , but elevensis is calling , coffee and a hot cross bun .

If I get tired of looking at the front of the quilt he reverse is pretty enough as a change

We have so far missed all the snow this time. Maybe we will get some in the next lot.
Love your zig zag quilt. How long does it take to hand quilt?

I love scrappy quilts. They are the ones you want to wrap up in. You are right, you did do a lot of quilting. you have me thinking that maybe I need to do a scrappy floral one.

The cottage style of your zig zag quilt is charming! I am amazed at all the tiny quilting lines, but it adds to the beauty of this finish. The backing fabric is perfect, too! I think I would rather fill my vision with the quilt that the cold snows outside your door, brrr ~

Hey chick, I do believe your email account has been hacked!
I just recieved an email supposedly from you asking me to send you thousands of dollars as you are on holiday in the Phillipines and have been mugged and had all your money stolen!
I think you need to change your email address and let everyone know your old account: ksolomi@ymail.com has been hacked.

I just went back to the email... and it's come from :

ksolomi@btinternet.com

I hope this helps to sort it out?

Your chevron quilt is glorious! The back is as lovely as the front...another materpiece from your talented hands. Truly glorious! I received the same email with your name requesting funds. I reported it on my end.
